The 49.5 metre motor yacht She’s a 10 has been sold by Shannon McCoy and Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts, with Reel Deal Yachts representing the buyer.

Built in aluminium by Australian yard Oceanfast to a design by Jon Bannenberg, she was delivered in 1989 and has been upgraded and refitted regularly ever since.

Accommodation is for up to 14 guests in six cabins configured as a bridge deck master suite and four doubles while the media room serves as a sixth cabin. All cabins have entertainment centres, Samsung flatscreen television sets and en suite bathroom facilities.

The large main deck saloon offers comfortable seating, a games table, and white carpeting. Aft is an open entertaining area featuring a full-service bar with white light-up onyx background and three barstools. Elsewhere there are two circular seating areas for casual dining for up to 12 guests.

The interior floors are varnished teak and holly and there is a large television screen on the port side. This area is also known as the breakfast room.

Throughout, the bright interior design goes well with the frequent large windows providing ample natural light. There are moments of 80s fun and colour, to commemorate her original launch.

Her sundeck features sun pads and a 10 person Jacuzzi alongside a bar and outside fridge. Aft, in-built seating in a circular formation is found sheltered underneath a hardtop.
